Location:-NOIDA, UTTAR PRADESH /OPERATIONS & SUPPORT – MERCHANT HELPDESK-OFFLINE PAYMENTS /ON-ROLL/ ON-SITE
Qualification : Any Graduation.

● Managing of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
● Creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture

● Coordinate with other departments for compatibility of all aspects of each project
● Smart thinking and clear communication

● Troubleshoot merchant problems, identifies the request and takes appropriate measure as
per the guidelines
● Provide merchant support by call or email
● Excellent merchant service skills that build high levels of merchant satisfaction
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
